Richard Glidden is no longer serving as attorney for the settlement of our family estate. That was a decision made after suffering great frustration as a result of him being unavailable, unresponsive, and negligent in meeting filing deadlines. We made multiple contacts requesting meetings and any form of conversation. He would not respond. He has acted in a negligent and unprofessional manner and I would highly recommend that you do NOT hire him as your attorney.

Hired Law Firm

Richard Glidden was chosen by our PR to settle our family Estate. Though there was no land to sell, and everyone agreed to everything, it is taking Mr. Glidden over a year and a half to get the estate settled, and it is still ongoing. He is unable to be reached via phone and email, so any communication with him has to be via snail mail. Some members of the estate have hired an additional lawyer to make sure to move the needle, but that lawyer has trouble reaching him as well. NOT RECOMMENDED!
