Hired Attorney

Had verifiable evidence, photos, stupid conflicting police statements, the nines. Dude left me sitting in county jail for months. He rarely contacted me, acted like I was an imposition, and didn't know a f*cking thing about my case (even things we had discussed face to face prior). This dude comes across as a tired assed windburned snowboarder, who comes to see you with a hangover and resentment that you're his client. If he is on your case, get him GONE immediately. I transferred my probation out of state and have legally found ways to press negligence on this piece of trash as well as the "plaintiff" in my case. Dudes like this should NOT influence such heavy decisions or life-altering matters because the bottom line is, M. L. Baughman doesn't give a F*CK about his clients. I caught a year in the penitentiary because this man advised me I would have to sit 3-4 years in county jail waiting on a "50/50" as he put it, for him to get a case put together and work for me. Refused to WORK,
