Kelly Monaghan is a seasoned trial attorney with a profound commitment to criminal law and investigations. Before becoming a valued member of Haskett Williams Law Group, Kelly served as a prosecutor in Deschutes, Lane, and Benton Counties, where he built a formidable record of successfully prosecuting a wide spectrum of crimes. His cases spanned from DUII and traffic offenses to serious and violent crimes involving domestic violence, sexual offenses, homicide, as well as drug, property, and gun-related offenses. As a prosecutor, Kelly played a pivotal role in coordinating investigations with both state and federal law enforcement agencies, collaborating with entities such as the Oregon and United States Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, and the United States Marshals Service. Notably, he also conducted training seminars for law enforcement officers and fellow prosecutors across Oregon.

Hailing from the high plains of Wyoming, Kelly's academic journey began at the University of Wyoming, where he pursued studies in English and Philosophy while also contributing his skills to the Men's Division I Rugby Team. Subsequently, he continued his academic pursuits at the University of Wyoming College of Law. During this time, he assumed the role of a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Criminal Justice Department, imparting knowledge on criminal and constitutional law to senior-level undergraduates. Kelly graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law with Honors in 2015.
