Ms. Mann is a graduate of Seattle University School of Law. She began her legal career practicing at a small natural resources firm in Seattle, where she developed a strong foundation in water and land-related matters. In 2020, she relocated to Bend, Oregon, where she continues her practice serving individuals and businesses throughout the region.
Ms. Mann is a member of Francis Hansen & Martin’s litigation department and maintains a general litigation practice with an emphasis on business disputes, construction disputes, real estate litigation, and land use issues. She is known for her practical, client-centered approach, combining careful legal analysis with an understanding of her clients’ broader goals. Ms. Mann is detail-oriented and strategic, while prioritizing clear, efficient communication throughout every stage of a matter. She is committed to helping clients navigate challenging legal issues with confidence, sound judgment, and a focus on practical solutions.Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Mann enjoys playing beach volleyball, hiking Central Oregon trails, and gathering with friends and family over board games. An avid baker and home cook, she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen as a creative outlet.
