They understood the problem and knew how to approach it and win the case.
I did not feel like we were given sufficient time and information up front when we were choosing Ch. 7 or Ch. 13. Most of our communication throughout the process was with a paralegal, who could NOT give us legal advice. We didn't start getting more attention from an attorney until the one who had originally represented us left the firm and a new one came onboard - no one even bothered to tell us the original attorney was leaving the firm until AFTER he had left!

This attorney quickly went through our retainer and ran up a couple thousand more in fees, and did nothing to help us. He gave us very poor advice, resulting in huge financial loss for us. He told us he was experienced in this area, but I question whether that was really true.
