Hired Attorney

Thomas D'Albani is a Family Law Troll, sitting under a bridge waiting to ruin a child's life by representing the child's father and making the determination that the man is fit for joint custody. Thomas D'Albani has the local Bemidji judge in his pocket approving Judgement & Decrees that should not happen. My ex, Michael J. Vendrell, was granted joint custody of my son. During the years when my son was 10-13 years old, he was left alone overnight by himself. T. D'Albani should be debarred.
