Mike successfully and professionally represented me in a self-defense, firearm utilized, criminal defense case. Mr. Klinkhammer was very helpful in my personal bankruptcy. He even went so far as to drive me to the meeting of the creditors, which ended up being a 5 hour round-trip drive. He also made the necessary call to my home mortgagor to plead my case.
Very knowledgeable in this area and is prompt in all matters pertaining to the legal matters. He quickly responded to the legal matters that were the utmost importance to us. He stayed with us all the way. If I were to say anything a little bad about Attorney Klinkhammer is that he was a little slow in returning some of my phone calls. He is a very busy fella.
I came to Michael for some help with a parenting plan. I should have gone with my instinct on this one after stepping foot in his "office." It was difficult to ever get a call, email, or even text message from him. Had an appointment and showed up with no one there. None of my calls were answered. See my more detailed review on Yelp.
He demands money up front, and then only does 75% of the work. He doesn't file documents that have to be filed and is impossible to get ahold of. When you pin him down , he accepts no responsibility and throws the blame on everyone else. Does not reply to emails or phone calls. They schedule appointments and then tell you that he doesnt know why your there and he can meet with you. We ended up having to hire another attorney to finish the case as he is in breach of contract. Do not use him for any case. He will make your situation 10 times worse
