Hired Attorney

My husband was already diagnosed with cancer, but the providing doctor refused to follow the protocol set up by the VA doctors in California where diagnosis was made. He also refused to follow recommendations on follow up chemotherapy made by original VA, as well as the drug company. As a result, my husband died much sooner than expected. I was only suing the VA to pay his medical bills at the other hospital when they refused to admit him. Small case,and I did most of the paper work.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
