We met Lois when she represented the sellers of the first home we purchased in Boone County. During that closing, we came to admire and respect her professionalism. She has handled our estate planning and updates to those plans for 20 years. Over that time, we sold and purchased two homes and she handled all transactions. There were never any hangups or surprises at closing. Cannot speak more highly of her skills and ability to listen and act on our needs.

She was too busy to actually help in my child custody case. Pushed me off to another lawyer and kept the profit for herself. I will never again use the service of Lois Ramon. Huge disappointment for the amount of money that was spent at her firm. I should have full custody of my child, but I do not because she did no investigation of my child's father. If she had, she would have learned that he is a drug user and heavy drinker. Unfit to be a parent.
Created a giant mess out of my real estate transaction. Borderline incompetent. Very rude and condescending. I would only hire her to represent my worst enemy.
