He took his time listening to me, researching while on the phone, thinking of ways to help, giving me VERY honest advice. He knew and told me he would most likely not be able to help me, and still tried to find ways around my issue to provide guidance. He spent 24 minutes with me on the phone on a Friday evening without rushing me or being dismissive. I am so grateful for his time, knowledge, and helpfulness. He seems like a very sharp and knowledgeable attorney and I would consider him for any other needs I may have. He tried to help me very much despite the fact that our interaction would not bring him any financial gains. I am beyond thankful!
I contacted Mr Elliott over the weekend after finding out my wife and I had assets frozen. He contacted me early Monday morning and by noon, had the situation resolved. He was very direct and to the point, what was really comforting was the fact he was familiar with the firm that had placed the lien on us. I found him through a consumer advocacy website and would highly recommend him to anyone.
It took Blaine a long time to respond to me , which was a little discouraging , but he was very willing to work with my financial situation , and did make sure he did every thing i asked of him , and very professional at court.
