Cheryl Kitton and her staff have successfully handled thousands of cases involving automotive accidents, workplace/construction related injuries, animal attacks, slip and falls, premises liability, medical malpractice, product liability, and wrongful death. Cheryl also specializes in real estate, trusts and wills, and matrimonial. She and her experienced staff provide the most effective legal representation in a personalized and comfortable environment.

Our firm is built on old-fashioned values, with an emphasis on client service. Communication and understanding the legal process is essential for the proper representation of our clients. This means that questions are encouraged and additional time is used to make sure that each client’s concerns or fears are addressed in a professional and comfortable manner. Likewise, we are highly accessible and if a matter is urgent, someone from our office can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Over the years I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Cheryl Kitton Esq. Cheryl is dedicated to her profession, and goes above and beyond to see Justice is served. Having to utilized her services in the most trying times I've had a peace of mind to know that I would be taking care of when my other responsibilities required my attentions. I never have a problem contacting this lawyer. My phone calls are always returned in a timely manner. Her legal staff is knowledgeable, polite and informative. All questions are answered and they take the time to explain things that may be confusing. They are caring and always have my best interests considered.

Because I was unable to go to her office, she came to me with her secretary for the initial visit. In addition, all subsequent communications have been able to be made by phone. I know that in the future it may be necessary for me to go to her or to a hearing, but by then I should be able to go. She went the extra mile for me when I needed it.
