I went through HELL battling with L&I for 11 months trying to get the surgery that I needed for my ankle with nothing but BS from the case worker. I then reached out to Nathan @ Robinson & Kole and guess what. Yes, BOOM, You've been approved for surgery. And because they prolonged the surgery, I had to fight for a second one for the other ankle because I had to overcompensate while I was in limbo. Nate won that one as well. I couldn't say enough good about how professional and knowledgeable he was through the whole process. He always explained in detail my options moving through it. I'm now recovering very well. I also have received my compensation for the disability lose I incurred. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Very happy with Mr. Daheim, my lawyer. Took a couple years but I'm now on full L&I pension. Couldn't hav asked for more. He flew in from across the state due to me moving after hiring him & took care business.

Mr. Kole is very knowledgeable, professional and polite. However, his paralegal has trouble returning calls in a timely manner...if she does at all.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
