Robert. A. Wolle has over 40 years experience helping individuals through challenging times in their lives. His primary areas of practice are Family Law and Bankruptcy.
He has received many awards over the years, including a 10.0 rating from Avvo as well as a Gold level Client Champion and Notable Peer Rating for Strong Ethical Standards for the last several years from Martindale-Hubbell.
Robert graduated from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management in 1975. He earned his law degree in 1979 from the University of Puget Sound Law School (now Seattle University).
Robert’s family law practice embraces all facets of dissolutions, third-party petitions for custody, paternity and parenting plans, matters involving children as at-risk children, and CHINS petitions. Robert has also had extensive experience and training in legal issues involving domestic violence and abuse.
Robert’s bankruptcy practice includes all areas necessary for effective representation from initial discussion and analysis of options to preparing and filing the necessary papers to the discharge of indebtedness. Specific areas include: Chapter 7, Chapter 13, debt consolidation, wage garnishments / debt relief and collections litigation.
