ABOUT ROBERT A. KELLY Bellingham, Washington Family Law Attorney and Mediator   I came to practice law through a series of unique experiences. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, I traveled through 16 developing countries around the world, which inspired me to pursue a master’s degree in Political Science upon my return home. My graduate studies research in Alternative Dispute Resolution led to my career as a mediator and dispute resolution trainer. I eventually reached the point where I wanted to add legal counsel to my dispute resolution services, and I attended law school. I graduated cum laude and became a member of the Washington State Bar in 2007. Hired Attorney

Mr. Kelly pressured me to sign a CR2A agreement that severely crippled my legal case. Mr. Kelly showed his true colors when, in preparing my statement regarding my involvement in parenting the children and after providing him with reams of information regarding my leading active role as a parent, he asked if "swimming was the only involvement I had with my children". As a sole custodial parent of these children today, I must discourage fathers from seeking the services of Robert Kelly.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
