I Hired Michael Brodsky in 2019 and it was actually way smoother then I thought it was gonna be because of him, I was really stressed out over my case (which was kind of an oddity) but he pretty much relieved my stress right from the get go, and everything went according to plan. Anyways it’s a little late but wanted to give a great review for a great lawyer.
He talked back and forth, was insulting, and did not do what I asked. I also had to in and out for something that could have been taken care of over the phone. Very frustrating.
I would not recommend hiring or retaining Mr. Michael Brodsky to settle legal needs. After paying what I feel is a rather large flat-fee retainer, I sensed a change of tone from Mr. Brodsky- immediately after payment, sitting in his office, I did not feel he was in my corner and perhaps just the opposite. Smug. As if he already knew my “kind.” I never went back to his office, opted to do everything online or over the phone: my questions seemed to be irritating to him and he was unresponsive at times. There was mention of a downside to my “appearance.” I felt that my case was not important to him. He stressed the seriousness and importance of other cases and postponed mine in favor of others. I assume we all paid the same “flat-fee.” He brushed off my concerns about my own safety and said any acknowledgement of it would be damaging to my credibility and so it should not be addressed at all. At least twice he made serious inaccuracies I had to clear up about court process.
