Hired Attorney

Dona Bracke was an absolute nightmare and has forgotten exactly where her paycheck comes from and that’s We The People! Day before court I meet with the prosecutors to go over what to expect in court the next morning. Dona arrived to the meeting late then immediately escalated the situation that didn’t have to be that way. I was under the impression that we were going to jury trial. She looked me in the eye and said I’m not wasting three days in court and we are taking a plea deal that I had no clue about. She continued to escalate the situation to the point I got up and left the meeting. Not once did I get the chance to say if I wanted the deal or what the deal even was, Dona was set in her way’s and it didn’t matter what I had to say. That right there is against anyones Constitution Right! Later I spoke with people about Dona and her attitude, I was told they were not surprised by her actions. WARNING don’t let Dona violate YOUR constitutional rights. ACLU time.
