My experience with this attorney was extremely unsatisfactory. At every stage of the process, it was clear that he showed little genuine interest in my case. He made no meaningful effort to understand my background or objectives, nor did he demonstrate a willingness to conduct proper research or prepare documents thoroughly. Shockingly, he asked me to draft the summary for a letter that he should have written, only to make minor edits and send it out as if it were completed work. Communication was equally disappointing. There was no initiative on his part—no follow-up, no guidance, no professional advice unless I repeatedly reached out first. Even then, the responses I received were brief, unhelpful, and lacked the depth expected from someone in his position. I expected competence, commitment, and responsibility from a legal professional, and instead received the bare minimum—if not less. We paid the initial 2 hour retainer, and went to Jerry's office with a 45 minutes consulation last Thursday. Jerry said he would look into it and draft a demand letter in the middle of this week, for he's having piles of cases to file. Jerry couldn't find the company's info during the consulatation, I searched for him and emailed him right after, but never got the response. And today Monday of the following week, we called Jerry three times with no response. We felt there's clearly lack of communications from him and in the initial consulatation, he was litterally like a robot without any feelings. We don't feel he was fighting for us, so we emailed him after calling that we don't want his representation any more. 10 minutes later, he emailed back with a bare minimum demand letter, claiming he's spent 2 hour on the research and draft the demand letter. Jerry's effort on this case was just 45 minutes consulation with maybe 10 minustes on the letter. He refused to return the remaining.

Jerry is forcing me to sign a document to have monies returned to me that his client STOLE, used for personnal and business gains (even though his client has no entity formed in WA state) to have the monies returned. His client then used the funds to complete a race car build that was imported illegally, sold it for 100k, then purchased a new truck. And the money is still not returned. There is written documentation from his client that he was, is, willing, wanting to refund, his client even told his business partners what he did was wrong and is going to refund. This evidence is all PRIOR to the engagement with this crooked Jerry. Jerry does not answer phone calls, return voice mails or emails. He is absolutely unprofessional, crooked, two faced liar.
