Hired Attorney

I really liked Jeff and I could ask him questions about other real estates matters and he did not charge me. But my husband told him several times to start suit against the people that owed us a $128,000 and there was always some reason that he give why he shouldn't do it right then. So it never was settled and we never got our money so we ended up building those people a new home and we ended up using some of our own money to finish the house. It was suppose to have been a cost plus.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
