Hired Attorney Jonathan Moffitt

I had filed for divorce from my cheating husband, with a less than adequate attorney. I was left feeling like my best interest was not being served, I began looking at other attorneys. That’s when I found Jonathan Moffitt. I can honestly say it was the best move I ever made. At our initial meeting, I could see he clearly understood what I was dealing with. Having a high conflict divorce with an obstructionist narcissist is labor intensive. Jonathan Moffitt and Mrs. Rogers showed endless resolve and skills. Mr. Moffitt was very, articulate, and always well prepared when he presented my case. He negotiated my best interests in every aspect. He presented the facts and evidence confidently and with presence. He fought for me at every turn and I couldn’t be more appreciative. During this most difficult and stressful time he was personable and got me thru it. His paralegal, Dian, was also amazing. Thanks for giving me my life back.

Hired Attorney Jonathan Moffitt

I cannot put into words how incredible Jonathan Moffitt and Dian were. We were on our third modification attempt in five years by my fiancé’s ex and ready to put this all to an end. Without going into detail, we had an extremely difficult fight ahead of us, and knew we’d need help. Jonathan was incredibly knowledgeable, communicative and direct. While alienation is incredibly difficult to convince courts of at this moment, Jonathan was able to show the court proof of this multiple times during the lead up to our trial with the court repeatedly finding her in contempt. He was honest when he thought we should go a different direction, but understanding and supportive of which route we decided to take. Watching him in court never failed to be incredibly impressive. In the end, we didn’t even have to go to trial, as court hearings had gone favorably so many times that an agreement was reached at our settlement conference. Jonathan is a truly phenomenal attorney.

Hired Attorney Mr. Jason Benjamin

Jason took over my case after another attorney put my child in complete danger by overlooking severe non-compliance and drug abuse by her mother for the sake of more money. Hiring Jason was the best decision I have ever made! Immediately, we were back in court and I had my daughter. I went from a court case that I felt was sinking fast to finally ME making the decisions and having my child in a safe place. That could not have happened without Jason by my side fighting for my family! Thank you!

Mr. Benjamin exceeded my expectations by far. His reputation precedes him from his professionalism to the outstanding rapport with the Judges and staff at the Pierce County courthouse. I started the Parenting Plan and Relocation myself, but ran into a lot of stress and self doubt that I was doing everything correctly. Mr. Benjamin was referred to me by a friend who used his services before.
Mr. Benjamin stepped right in with confidence and ressurance I needed, and we WON! Thank you Jason!!!

My ex is an addict, although neither I, nor my highly ineffective previous attorney could get the courts to believe us, so he was given 50/50 custody. Within a week of hiring Jason, he was able to get the courts to order drug tests, and I was finally able to get my son out of that environment. From the moment I met Jason, I was blown away by his effectiveness, speed, and accuracy. He is amazing and unbelievably good at his job. I thank God that I found him, I only wish it could have been sooner.

Kevin worked with the me 4 years ago and assisted me in establishing my case in Washington state. So naturally I went back to him. He remembered me and my case. Through my struggles of dealing with the other party Kevin and Andrea were both there to answer my questions, support me and treated me with respect. I won my case and got the other one throw out and if I need him again, I will go back to him, so long as he hasn’t retired!!

Hired Attorney Mr. Jason Benjamin

After unexpectedly receiving notice from my wife's attorney on a Saturday that she was filing for divorce, I frantically called and emailed dozens of lawyers, and Jason responded within 30 minutes of my request. We met 7am Sunday, and he immediately got to work. Digging deep he found my wife's boyfriend had legal issues we used as grounds to prevent her from gaining custody. I kept my house, custody of my kids & pay minimal maintenance (alimony). In a tough spot? Jason's your guy! Thanks Jason!!
