The legal matter was arbitrated and the opposing party never completed their part of the arbitration. My lawyer never made the opposing party to follow though. I was then told by the same attorney, I had won the case. I am still in the same position regarding liability as I was when this stared in 2000. I m now being sued by this law firm for $49,000. which includes interest and inflated hours.

Jim Topinka was hired as my corporate attorney. He turned out to be the worst hire of my 45 year career, over billing me at least $500,000,in my opinion. I plan pursuing legal action against him.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
