About Megan E. Shupe

Megan Shupe graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law and was admitted to practice in 2018. Megan first joined the firm as a law clerk in 2017 and was made an associate attorney upon her admission to practice. While in law school, Megan earned two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Constitutional Law I and Clinical Practice – Criminal Clinic. While in law school, Megan worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Richard A. Leiter. She contributed to the 2017 supplement of Landmark Supreme Court Cases and the 8th edition of National Survey of State Laws. Upon graduation, she was admitted to the Order of the Barristers, a national honorary organization that recognizes oral advocacy and brief writing skills in third year law students. Megan's practice focuses on criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation. She has successfully argued before the Nebraska Court of Appeals. Prior to attending law school, Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Seton Hall University in South Orange, N.J.
