Law Office of Rhonda D. Fiss

I have trusted Rhonda to keep my family together for over 3 years, through multiple hearings. I have never once in all of that time regretted my choice for representation. As a father in IL, keeping full custody of my son can be a worrisome thing. But Rhonda has always been there to represent my very best interests and she has not failed me in a single hearing to date. I can not recommend Rhonda enough. When it comes to protectong your family she is exactly who you want on your side.

Rhonda is one of the best attorneys I have had met. She has represented me on several issues and I have and would continue to recommend her. If you want a shark in the courtroom she is the attorney for you.

Rhonda is a great attorney. She is very thorough and knows her stuff. If you want an attorney that will battle for you in court then I would pick and recommend Rhonda Fiss hands down.

I have had Rhonda as my attorney for awhile and she has been great. She is a fierce attorney who has fought for me and protected me.

She is a damn good attorney who goes into court and fights for her clients. She has been very responsive to my needs.

She represented me in a divorce and order of protection. Overall I was pleased the the result. She was knowledgeable and understood the dynamics of the marriage at the time better than I did and did well in crafting an agreement that benefited me and my circumstances. Her communications skills are terrible. As just one example, she was pleased to tell me about one point she negotiated in my settlement that had absolutely no bearing on me. Had she communicated with me she'd had known this. Her office staff, one assistant, had trouble with the most basic tasks such as which day it was. Completely useless. She dropped me as a client upon finding out that I had an issue with the clerk's office losing documents that were correctly filed previously. A conflict of interest on her part. Made me question who's interests she was actually representing, that of her client or that of the county. Simple divorce, fine. Want someone responsive and head in the game, look elsewhere.

Rhonda Fiss does not communicate with her clients and then drops them after using their retainers. Rhonda does not like her clients to ask questions and does not repond when you do. Rhonda wants to just do what she wants without consulting her clients on what is going on. Rhonda cancels court dates because she double books her time and delays proceedings. She actually works against her clients. I was warned about her behavior and did not take the advise--boy was I stupid.

I would avoid the office like the plague. Communication is poor, case prep does not exist, and when she loses she asks for money to fight the decision. She will not give you the time of day and when you raise legitimate concerns she name calls and is incredibly defensive. Save your money and take it elsewhere. We did!

All this blood sucking parasite wanted from my son while she was supposed to be representing him was money$$$$$$$$$$!!! He had lost his job because of his health and was going thru a very bad time. She did nothing for him but charge him $$$$ every time he talked to her and on the phone! She should be dis barred from law practice because she is unfit to represent even the lowest creature on earth!You don't have to take my word for it just check out all of her reviews. She should be prosecuted!

It was horrible, not respectful at all, wouldn't return calls or help me. Lied. I had to switch lawyers and she took me to court and I have to end up paying her about 5000.00 for nothing!
