I have had the privilege of having Mr. Swartwout by my side where I was named in an expensive litigation event; and Charlie was successful in both preparing me for the deposition, and subsequently being released from the lawsuit. More recently, I was subpoenaed by the Government to testify in a case; and again Charlie had my back to understand the goings on, what my role was, and what my risks were. Again, a good outcome.
