Brian V. Manchester is the owner of Manchester and Associates, PA, and has been admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania since 2000. He is also licensed to represent clients before the United States Federal District Courts for both the Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. Mr. Manchester’s background in criminal defense is distinguished by advanced training, including instructor certification in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and specialized coursework from the American Chemical Society in forensic gas chromatography, solid drug analysis, and drug-impaired driving (DUID). He has further completed intensive courses in criminal defense, DUI defense, cross-examination, and sex crime litigation. As a respected legal educator, Mr. Manchester frequently presents on topics such as forensic testing reliability, biochemical blood analysis in hospital settings, and the scientific basis of alcohol and drug testing. He is an active member of the National College for DUI Defense, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the American Chemical Society.
