2 minutes ago I would like all of logan county to know this office uses unethical tactics on senior citizen clients. My mother simply wanted an appointment to speak with Howard Traul. When she called his office she is told that he makes his own schedule and then is not given any information on how to schedule. In a last ditch effort to get her concerns answered she was put with an individual who used interrogation like tactics to basically chase her out of the office so they didn't have to be bothered with her request. I am appalled at how an attorney that she has been working with for so many years and knows that she has health issues would treat a 74 year old woman so poorly. I am willing to speak with someone about this issue so the family can get some resolution to the unjust treatment my mother has received at the hands of these people.
