Hired Attorney

A nervous, stuttering, timid mediocre "attorney." Timmy shouldn't be allowed to speak in front of a jury. He should stick to litigating, outside of a court room, because he is a terrible defense attorney. It's clear he has a problem with speaking publicly and that problem is exacerbated in the presence of a Judge and Jury. I don't think Tim has actually WON a significant case and it wouldn't surprise me to learn he collaborates with Police and Prosecutors to circumvent actual justice in lieu of his own personal opinions regarding those he defends (especially since he gets paid regardless of the outcome). He does not provide receipts, but demands somewhere in the vicinity of 100$ an hour for his time... time you'd better spend finding a real attorney, one with some testicular fortitude, who wont work with the prosecution against you. Tims a terrible attorney. Prepare for jail if he defends you.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
