Over 6 months as my attorney for an automobile accident where fault was clear-cut 100% the other driver's, leaving me with permanent injuries and a vehicle that was totaled, Donald Arnold has not only made ZERO headway in my case, but for the past 8 weeks has refused to respond to multiple emails, phone calls and even visits to the office where he was always "unavailable" per his "assistant". I suggest you consider looking for a lawyer elsewhere if you desire results in a timely manner.
They said they would handle my case back in September of 2014 and I've only heard from the a couple of times. Here it is May and the last time I heard from them was March and that's because I called them. I needed to make another claim against someone else pertaining to the accident but they wanted nothing to do with it. They never call me back and have not been working on my case. I'm going to find a lawyer who will handle my case and return my phone calls. This place is very unprofessional!!!
