Mr. Anthony J. DiPaula, PA is very knowledgeable and explaining exactly what I need to do, I have not hire Mr. Anthony J. DiPaula as my lawyer (did not need to at this time, but he told me what I need to do step by step via. email), luckily my case/problem was done following Mr. DiPaula instruction and was done that way I would like to be done. Mr. Anthony J DiPaula is very great lawyer that I was going to hire him if my issue wasn’t done, however he was very clear that what I need to do and I have follow his instruction and my problem is resolve before we go to court.
I engaged Mr. Dipaula in a matter concerning the "Ending and Settlement " of an old contractual obligation. I felt that it would be prudent to have a "real time" review of the actions I was taking and to avoid any legal missteps along the way. Mr. Dipaula kept in touch and reviewed all e-mails between the two parties and made some helpful "Legal" suggestions as I proceeded with the final negotiations ending the contract. However, I felt the very best advice that I received in this matter was "Not Legal" at all but rather personal as between two "Friends" having a beer at a local Pub. Contractual settlements can easily be a source of emotional challenges and temptations inviting a loss of focus in the heat of combat. He invited be to step back and take a "Long View" before continuing legal interaction. I considered this "NON LEGAL" advice and....took it. The contract was settled satisfactorily and without unnecessary legal wrangling.
"Mt DiPaula was easy to talk to and was very excited about handling my case. Unfortunately, there was a point where we realized there was a conflict with the other party, and he had to refer me to someone else, although he did not have to, he refunded a portion of the fee I had paid and provided the new Attorney with all the research he had done.
