    Advised its Saudi Client, International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC), a Member of the Islamic Development Bank Group (ISDB Group) on Promissory Notes, Mortgages and Security Interests for Foreign Banks acting in Lebanon, and the requirements and eligibility conditions pertaining to foreign Banks recording and enforcing such enforceable Security Interests in Lebanon.
    Represented its client in claims against Bank of Cyprus Public Company LTD. to seek redress for fraudulent acts to seek multiple damages allowed for prevention and suppression of Money Laundering by virtue of EU Treaties of Money Laundering and the law on prevention and
    suppression of money laundering.
