Nancy Nan is a partner of Anjie Law Firm.
She has rich experience in the areas of the Automotive and Energy Industry, International Trade, and Dispute Resolution. She advises clients on a wide range of regulations, commercial and corporate matters. As a legal counsel for Tesla, Inc.’s business development in China and a legal counsel for Great Wall Motors’ global sales, she handled thousands of automotive-related projects, including but not limited to more than 100 product liability/consumer claims cases, cross-border mergers, and acquisitions projects, designing automobile dealership structure, drafting various cooperation agreements, agreements with suppliers, investment matters, international trade, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and other projects. All projects have been highly praised by the clients. Nancy has drafted almost all the legal documents for Tesla China and has established a powerful legal risk prevention system for Tesla China, which has effectively helped Tesla's business development in China.
Ms. Nan has extensive practical experience in economic sanctions, export control, WTO dispute resolution, trade policy consulting, and other fields, providing legal services to domestic and foreign enterprises in different industries.
Ms. Nan has represented more than 100 litigation and arbitration cases for Chinese and foreign enterprises before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Beijing Arbitration Commission, the Supreme People's Court, the Beijing Higher People's Courts, local courts in Beijing, and courts in other provinces and cities. The cases including international arbitration, cross-border litigation, major and complex domestic cases, and the industry cover manufacturing, mining, entertainment, and other fields.

• Represented a large domestic enterprise before China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in a contract dispute involving over 420 million Yuan. Helped the client to settle the dispute and obtain compensation.
