Ms. Sherman has a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the School of Electrical Engineering, of Polytechnic University; an MBA degree and JD degree, cum laude, from Pace University, where she was a member of the Pace Law Review. She has published two book chapters concerning intellectual property with Pennsylvania State University entitled, “The Changing Environment of Software Copyright” and Multimedia Computing and Intellectual Property Law: What Developers and Users Should Know”.
