My husband just thought he overcharged for this "easy open/shut" case. His explanation was that it helps pay for the difficult cases or non-paid cases that come along.
Todd Smith is a state representative, though, and is very personable and easy to work with. He even met us after hours, whenever we asked, and gave us calendars. He's very kind.
