Mr Crabtree has excellent communication skills. He is very professional yet very caring. He seems to have real concern for his clients.
We closed on a house we was the buyer and the seller had them as a lawyer we got charged over 450. For 5 min of our time to just sign the deeds only for them to have our deeds mailed to wrong address and when the received them back called us when told to send the deeds to the right address the secretary had to nerve to ask what address when I said the one on the deed she said she had no clue what that address was so I gave it it to her only for her to hang up on me when I asked when that would be in the mail as of now still haven’t received deed . Never once seen the lawyer so can’t say how they are
This man handled my father's estate. My father died two and a half years ago. The estate was submitted to the state for approval. The state returned it six months later -- which is normal. This lawyer never checked on the status of it even though it was sent to his country's wills registrar for approval and was available with a small amount of effort. He was finally contacted and basic response was, oops, I guess it was approved. Weeks later, no releases of the funds were sent out. NEVER hire this man. Secretary was close to abuse when I called for information.
