Hired Attorney

THIS WOMAN SPENT 1 YEAR ON A SIMPLE CUSTODY EVALUATION THAT HER STAFF ADVISED NORMALLY IS COMPLETE WITHIN 45 DAYS. MY CHILDREN ARE ABUSED ROUTINELY AND WERE ABUSED NO LESS THAN 6 TIMES DURING THE YEAR LONG CUSTODY EVALUATION. EVEN THOUGH NOTIFIED, THIS COURT ORDERED GUARDIAN AD LITEM REPRESENTATIVE OF MY CHILDREN DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO EITHER HELP MY CHILDREN NOR REMOVE THEM FROM THE ABUSIVE ENVIRONMENT. SHE ALSO EXHIBITED IMMEDIATE AND CONTINUED BIAS TOWARD THE IN STATE OPPOSING PARTY.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
