Our house burned and our insurance said we had been canceled for non payment. My receipt burnt in the fire so I had no proof. Mr. Roop said we had a good case. After the ins commissioner sided with the insurance, Mr.Roop told us to file bankruptcy & he would file a lawsuit in bankruptcy court. After much deliberation, we decided to go ahead with his plan. After filing, we could not reach him. Finally, he answered our call & told us just to sell everything we could and move on. WE LOST EVERYTHING
