Pat C. Fragile is a law firm with an office in Beckley, WV. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing personal injury, automobile accidents, civil litigation and 16 other areas of law.
Fragile is a PD, so I suppose a complaint can't be made about her cost. But she carries herself poorly, has zero bedside manner, and is very dismissive about her client. I understand that PDs have a massive workload, but even scheduling a meeting is a nightmare. When she does meet, I didn't get the feeling she was listening to what I had to say; nor did she have notes on our prior conversations. If you end up with her as your PD, I suggest requesting the court for another.
Would avoid her at all cost, she is turely a bad person with no respect for her client or their family. She will never file paperwork ontime.
Very poor communication skills. Would not listen. Did all the talking. Very rude. So sorry for hiring this attorney.
I basically did all of the work for my own divorce. Pat was unreachable after the money he received and did not even go with me to the final hearing, but sent his new assistant to go. Horrible lawyer and an even worse person!
It took 20 months to be divorced and I have been waiting another 26 months after and still do not have my settlement money.....not sure I will ever get it with this law firm.
