I am not real sure what happened in my case. I was common law married to the victim but his son received all the money.
Asbes./Meso. cases are some of the more difficult to litigate. Especially when there involves the death of a loved one,my father in '96. These Co.'s who were directly/indirectly at fault were putting their business in Bankruptcy to avoid paying.. This is where the above Law Firm is selling out their clients, US. This Firm has allegedly held checks for years Earning Interest for their pockets, then Tax time a small check would come -40% percent. Last paper's signed 8 yrs. ago. Calls yield ZERO.
