I went to them when I knew I could no longer work and applied for disability. I had the pleasure of working with Sandi Daigre in the Lake Charles office. She was very knowledgeable and if I asked questions that she didn't know the answers too, she always talked to the attorney and got back to me quickly. I know that they will be there anytime I have a question and that takes a tremendous amount of stress off of me and my family.
I was recently involved in a situation in which a company tried to use some unethical business tactics to steal money from me. Peter LaPray helped represent me in my case and was able to successfully get back the money I was owed. Peter was very attentive and knowledgeable regarding the laws pertaining to my case. The Staff as well as the lawyers are nice and very helpful. When you walk into the office is nice and neat and also everyone greets you with a smile and are very helpful.
The receptionist is very friendly in a professional way. Phone calls are returned promptly by the attorney, and if he is unable to return the call within a few hours one of his assistants calls. The attorney still follows up on the call. They are very open and honest about fees. I would absolutely use their services again.
