Kevin Earl Dukes, a native of North Augusta, South Carolina, earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina, graduating in 2012. He joined Harvey & Battey, a century-old law firm in Beaufort, where he now serves as Managing Partner. Kevin’s legal practice centers on property-related matters, including residential and commercial real estate transactions, zoning and development, commercial lending, business acquisitions, and property and business litigation. Active in the community, Kevin serves on the Board of Directors for AMIkids Beaufort and the Nemours Wildlife Foundation, as well as the Lowcountry Land Council, a subcommittee of the Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce addressing regional development. He is also an Elder and member of the First Presbyterian Church of Beaufort.
Kevin and his wife, Courtney, have two sons, Lane (9) and Ford (4). The family enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, golf, and baseball. When not engaged in sports, they spend time on the water fishing, visiting sandbars with friends, or exploring the Lowcountry’s forests, marshes, and waterways.
