He’s a real piece of work! He lost my case which i appealed and hired another attorney who won the case cause it was just that easy! Very unprofessional talked over me all the time made me feel like I had no options he ended up taking a deal that was horrible even when I said no He still convinced me to take it! Idiot me took it thank god for a Lincoln ne attorney who even said that was pretty open and shut case and a 1st year law student could of beat that! Now he’s a prosecutor haha good luck everyone maybe he will be a better county attorney I mean pretty easy to trump someone that the system is out to get em!! He’s a very horrible person! He’s a Very dirty individual and if you got to go against him I’m sorry he’s going to screw you over and you have no power! My advice is scrapp together what you can and get a good attorney! Because with this douche bag on the seat your screwed!
Lazy! Even when given an easy win case to prosecute dead horses he couldn’t do it. He was given a clear cut case and was either too lazy or bought off. 16 dead horses and he couldn’t determine if it was chargeable. And the veterinary in town is the one who let them die of starvation. He probably thinks the holocaust was a pajama party and they didn’t starve either. There was 50,000.00 raised by donating money to see justice and these people should get their money back since he probably just pocket it. Damn this poor excuse of a human being.
