In a culture that too often fails to regard its elders with the respect they deserve, the Kabb Law Firm is dedicated to ensuring that seniors are able to live out their lives with dignity. We are one of the few Elder Law firms in the country - and the first in Northeast Ohio - to have a Social Worker (our Care Coordinator) and a Public Benefits Coordinator on staff. The entire Kabb Law Firm was invaluable in providing solutions to some very difficult problems as my husband's health declined They were readily available for consultation and to answer my many questions as the process unfolded. They were quite patient in explaining the process to one unfamiliar with the intricacies of the legal system. The Kabb Law Firm was able to make a difficult situation manageable.

Before you spend $11,000 for a will and power of attorney you may want to call Pro Seniors legal counsel for Ohio Seniors 800-488-6070. They have provided the forms for a qualified income trust and explained step by step how to qualify my parent for Medicaid, something Rachel and her staff were unable to do after an entire year. Kabb Law was a very frustrating and expensive experience.
