About Peter William Marmaros

Peter W. Marmaros is a partner and founding member of Djordjevic & Marmaros, LLC. Mr. Marmaros has specialized in catastrophic injury work since graduating from law school in 1982. He previously worked as a trial lawyer at Reminger & Reminger Co., L.P.A., where he specialized in the defense of physicians and hospitals in medical negligence litigation. Mr. Marmaros worked at Reminger as a partner from 1983-1994. After leaving Reminger, he formed his own law firm, where he practiced from 1994-2005. His practice was focused on the representation of injured victims of medical negligence and other accidents. Mr. Marmaros has obtained numerous multimillion verdicts and settlements. He has been a member of Cleveland Marshall Alumni, American Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. Mr. Marmaros has been recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyer and has been appointed as Foreman of Grand Jury.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
