A TRADITION OF SERVICE
Bentoff & Duber has over 45 years of experience helping injured people in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. Our firm was established in 1961 by founding partner Fred J. Bentoff. Initially we limited our practice to representing the injured and disabled in the area of workers' compensation benefits claims. In 1973 Michael J. Duber joined the firm and we subsequently expanded the practice into helping people obtain Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits.
Over time, our firm has expanded to account for the growing needs of our clients and to provide our clients with the highest level of representation. The addition of Glen S. Richardson has brought us significant expertise in Social Security Disability and Workers' Compensation, and the addition of Brandon T. Duber has greatly enhanced our Criminal Defense practice, bringing an experienced trial and litigation attorney to our firm.
