Hired Attorney Mr. Bruce Baughman

I am not a client but was his very first secretary. He is the smartest attorney I have ever known . Says what he thinks call it rude but he sure gets you prepared for what might be thrown at you in court. If you’re more concerned about his bedside manner than winning your case you better rethink that!!!.

I had to provide documentation to trace out my separate property which required some effort on my part, but it ultimately paid off. I was awarded 2/3 of the community estate and my separate property was confirmed.

He has a very commanding presence in the court room, his no nonsense attitude is well known in the Harris Courthouse. He is definitely worth the money he charges.

The staff is communicative, Bruce is strictly business. I had to gather my own documents, and provide the information his office requested. I did what they asked of me and ultimately got what I wanted in court.

Very rude. Interrupting client while speaking. Makes the client feel inadequate and dumb. Very over priced for quality and could not give detail about where all the $ went for services.

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
