My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with the attorneys at The Law Offices of Ann-Margaret Carrozza for several times over the last five years. My husband had a consultation with Ann-Margaret to review his elderly mother’s needs, and then retained the firm for a power of attorney, will, health care proxy, and estate planning services. This past autumn, we retained them for all the same services for ourselves. We’ve worked with Debra Kruper and Maureen Wynne throughout this period. They are exceptionally professional, thorough, and generous. The small fee my husband paid for the initial consultation (which was deducted in full from all the legal work we did) was a valuable investment in Mom’s security and in our own. I know that we have done well by the next generation by retaining lawyers who are not just really good at their jobs and fierce, committed defenders of our interests, but are also good people with generous hearts and compassion (as well as street smarts).
Ann and her staff (Lisa especially) have been great,. After my mom died, we had them form a trust that protected my dad's house and other assets, and we later hired them help us prepare our Medicaid application for my dad;s in-home care. They are friendly and thorough, and they know what they're doing! Without the slightest bit of hesitation, I recommend them 100%!
Ann Margaret was contracted to assist my father in establishing a family trust for his assets. I was appointed the trustee so was in on meetings between him and our lawyer.
Dad has since passed and ms. Carozza has been helpful in unwinding the trust and answering any questions I may have. She will be assisting me in establishing a continuing family trust for our assets.
