Hired Attorney Raymond Smolenski

Raymond handled my matrimonial and real estate matters recently. Coming from a family with two attorneys I am quite familiar with the field and process. Not only was Mr. Smolenski extremely knowledgeable of all subject posed to him both in court and outside, but his compassion and professionalism were unsurpassed in my honest opinion. If you are looking for an attorney who ACTUALLY cares, look no further. I would not hesitate to hire him in the future for any legal needs.

Working with this attorney was great. He handed all of my legal affairs for twenty plus years. He always made himself available by phone or an office visit. He worked diligently to get the Best results possible for all of the issues that came up over the years. I would still be his client if I had not moved out of NY.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
