I have received more attention and better services from the free legal aid that I have used in other cases. It was hard to get in touch with him and he rarely discussed what was going on with my case and failed to explain my options. It would have benefitted me more to have gotten free legal aid and had money for myself when my case was over!
David Besso handled a case for someone close to me, took over 2 years with minimal communication. The only time there were updates were when we called the office. The final result was a letter in the mail stating they couldn't accomplish the task (which we knew was a possibility going into this.) A letter in the mail? Not even an in person meeting to discuss another angle? A phone call? WOULD NOT RECOMEND! Worst client service I have ever seen, let alone from a law firm!
David Besso should be disbarred. He will lie to you and drag out your case for years as long as you keep paying. When you call him again he will ignore your calls. This man flat out lies and will cost you thousands of dollars and years of your life. I honestly don’t know how he is still practicing law.
