Surprised by the V.A. Law Judge we were at the response of something he had not seen in his 35yrs. We went in and on his feet he was quick to reflect and the Judge saw things as he explained. Right off the Judge was on his side. His legal assistant was the bomb as well.

Mr Robert Walsh fought the Veterans Administration for many years on my service connected disability that was due me during my time of service. With the help of his staff and his devotion ton see that justice was done I received an call one day that I was in fact due service connected disability at 70% and given back pay for 11 years. Without him and his staff Heather this would of never happened my check $221,000.00 Thank you Robert Walsh and Heather for not giving up when I did

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.

Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
