Mr. Papillion was a great help and encouragement to my family and myself after losing my husband in an automobile accident. He dealt with everything in a timely manner and was always available for any questions we had, no matter how silly we felt they were. We felt completely safe and well-cared for as we walked through such a gut wrenching time. We consider Mr. Papillion and Mr. Walters part of our extended family and would definitely reach out to them should we ever need legal counsel again.

I have used both Mr. Walters and Mr. Papillion and both are excellent attorneys. I would, and have already, recommended both attorneys to friends. My health had been jeopardized and Mr. Papillion handled my case professionally and with the utmost care and was able to get the best possible settlement for me. A year later, I am still quite pleased and will continue to recommend both Mr. Papillion and Mr. Walters, and the rest of their firm to my friends and relatives.

Darrel Papillion is an extremely knowledgeable, intelligent and compassionate attorney. His communication skills are excellent. He is genuinely empathetic and his knowledge of the insurance industry's business practices enable him to competently handle cases where they are involved. We have engaged his services numerous times for a variety of matters and would do so again if needed. I do not hesitate to give him an unqualified recommendation to anyone needing legal counsel.

Mr. Papillion was always prompt, courteous, and professional anytime I had a question. I felt like he kept me updated throughout my case, and didn't try to speak to me in a bunch of "lawyer talk," but instead spoke in terminology I would and could understand, something that separates him from most attorneys. If you want an attorney that will treat you like a person, not a dollar sign, I would recommend Mr. Pappillion and his partners.
