Hired Attorney

We have little background in real estate deals of any kind, and no background in commercial real estate, so were totally out of our tree, when someone recommended working with Kincaid Jackson. He stuck with us and guided us through this kind of unusual real estate deal for probably a year, maybe a little more. We liked him so much, we got him to help us on another, separate and unrelated real estate transaction. Were very pleased with all aspects of his work, and miss seeing him. Don't miss needing to conduct real estate business, but do miss Kincaid! He was thorough, prompt, and seemed to enjoy his work. A real joy to be around. Highly recommend him for anyone finding themselves in unfamiliar real estate waters.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
